When you create an account with PawVet.ai, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Certain features of PawVet.ai require payment. By subscribing to our premium services you agree to pay all fees at the rates in effect at that time. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues or service unavailability. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods after you cancel; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
You retain ownership of any images you upload to PawVet.ai. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You are solely responsible for the images you upload and must have the necessary rights to share them. You must not upload images that infringe on others' intellectual property rights or violate any laws.
Responses from PawVet.ai are generated by artificial intelligence and are for general information only. They are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for an examination by a qualified veterinarian. AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Always contact a veterinarian about any concern for your pet's health, and in an emergency contact your nearest emergency vet immediately.

PawVet.ai's name, logo, website, and all related content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our website or service without express written permission from PawVet.ai.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
In no event shall PawVet.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be amicably resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
